What services do you offer? 

We come to your house and pick up any dog waste in your yard and take it with us for disposal.

We also offer commercial services for business, homeowners associations, playgrounds, parks, open spaces, and apartments.

One time clean up services is available for special events.

Why should I use your service?

Spend more time enjoying your pet and less time cleaning up after him.

Health conditions may leave you unable to perform this task.

Everyone can enjoy a clean lawn.

Business and community areas need cleaning too.

What are your rates?

We charge $7.00 per week for one dog & $9.00 per week for two dogs.

We have a monthly service fee for commercial areas based on size.

Ours fees start at $35.00 for a one time cleaning for a special event.

Does the first visit cost extra?

It depends on the accumulation of waste.  If your yard hasn’t been cleaned in a while, our fees start at $35.00 for the initial cleaning when you sign up for our weekly cleaning service.

Do I need to sign a contract?

No long-term contract is required, although we do ask that you sign a statement that:   

                1. Gives us permission to come onto you property

                2. Outlines our rates and billing terms 
        
                3. State that service is monthly and may be cancelled at any time.

How often will you service my yard?

We service your yard on a weekly basis.  We do not do monthly service, as the accumulation of droppings tend to be substantial.

Do you work in bad weather?

If the weather is severe we may have to post-pone our visit a day or two.  If your yard is soggy or muddy we will post-pone our visit to avoid damaging your lawn or if we have a severe snowstorm we will post-pone our visit.

If we have to miss a day because of weather, we will notify you as soon as possible and reschedule your service.

Do I need to be home when you service my yard?

For all new clients, we will schedule a convenient time to meet with you and your pets, perform an initial clean up, then add you to our weekly schedule.  After the initial meeting we don’t require you be home but you’re always welcome to check up on us.

Can you work with my dog in the yard?

Usually yes.  We are an animal friendly work force, but if you have an aggressive or territorial dog we ask that you confine your dog while we do our job.

Do I have to leave my gate unlocked?

Since we’re not allowed to climb fences, please discuss this issue with us at your initial meeting.

How can I be sure my yard was serviced?

First you’ll notice a nice clean yard, second we'll will leave a door hanger on your door to let you know we’ve been there.
